Staff Sgt. Jorge A. Scatliffe, 32, of St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands, died April 3 in a non-combat related incident at Mosul, Iraq. He was assigned to the 27th Brigade Support Battalion, 4th Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division, Fort Hood, Texas. He is survived by his mother, Sarah Ruan de Scatliffe; brothers, Lt. Robert Scatliffe and Petty Officer 2nd Class (AW/SW) Raymond H.
