 Killed in Hit, Iraq, when an improvised explosive device detonated near his HMMWV during combat operations.

David Jimenez Almazan originally born in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico....Came to this country in 1991 with his parents David Jimenez, Olivia Jimenez de Almazan....and two sisters...

They came here to look for a better future.....sacrifice and determination in mind...a true American hero...(even though he technically was just a permanent resident with aspirations to become a citizen)...he has given the ultimate sacrifice. He will never be forgotten by those who knew hi.....friends and family mourn the loss of this truly american hero...
