Army Spc. Pena-Suarez was assigned to Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 1st Battalion, 64th Armor Regiment, 3rd Infantry Division, Fort Stewart, Georgia. While training in Kuwait, Pena was shot and killed in what military officials are calling an accident (under investigation).
