From Kim Smith 04/30/04
Hello,

My name is Kim Smith and I am Pvt. Robert L. Frantz's mom.  I thought I would share this
picture with you.  It's of Rob and his daughter Shannon.  The 1st anniversary of his death
is fast approaching.  However, through heartache, I've decided to do something special on
the one year anniversary of his funeral (June 30, 2003 was the date of his funeral).  I'm going
to gather our friends, family and the officiating Chaplain & Reverend at Rob's grave for a
special memorial and balloon release.  I think it will be beautiful.  Thank you so very much
for your website dedication to our fallen troops.  Thank you for caring enough to let them
not be forgotten.
 God bless you,
 Kim Smith
