Nickolas Jaeson Maner
Nickolas Maner, 26, of Elko Nevada, passed away Monday, October 30th, 2017.
Born May 5th, 1991 at Community General Hospital in Thomasville, NC, he was the son of Bobby & Stephanie Maner.
Nickolas graduated in 2010 from South Davidson High School in Denton, NC, and then served in the U.S. Army from 2010-2014. He served in the 4th Brigade, 10th Mountain Division, 2-30 Light Infantry Regiment, Charlie Company, 2nd Platoon. 

While serving, he was deployed to Afghanistan from 1/24/11-10/27/11. During his time on Active Duty, he received the following distinctions: Army Achievement Medal, NATO Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Afghanistan Campaign Medal w/Two Campaign Stars, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Army Service Ribbon, and Combat Infantryman Badge. 
He is survived by his parents, Bobby & Stephanie Maner of Lexington, NC; brother Bobby Maner and finance Whitney and nephew Brayden of Lexington, NC; brother Derek Maner of Thomasville, NC; and Grandfather Eric Johnson of Thomasville, NC. He was preceded in death by grandparents Juanita & Marshall Maner.
Arrangements are as follows: Celebration of Life, Thursday Evening Nov. 9th, from 6-9 PM at Saving Grace K9′s location at 314 E Center St, Lexington, NC. On Friday Nov. 10th, we will meet at the same place at 9:00 AM, and he will be escorted to the VA Cemetery in Salisbury, 501 Statesville Blvd, Salisbury, NC 28144, where he will be laid to rest.
In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in Nicks honor to Saving Grace K9′s.

Salute to Service Jeep Show In Honor Of SPC Nickolas Maner
November 1, 2020 @ 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Come join Offroad Outlaws and Wicked Jeeps for our 2nd Annual Salute to Service Jeep Show and Ride.
We will meet at Offroad Outlaws, 524 S. Main St Lexington, 12-1pm and leave promptly at 1pm for a ride routed down Main Street and ending at Saving Grace K9s new facility, 760 Sink Farm Rd Lexington.
The show will be hosted at SGK9s facility where we will have the Jeep registration (1-3:30pm), Jeep judging, as well as vendors, food, raffles, prizes, and FUN all on site. General admission will be FREE.
Jeep entry will be $20, including entry for all categories (Most Patriotic, Best Detailed, Most Creative Build, Brightest Build, Best of Show, and ORO-Fab Choice of Show), a driver goody bag as well as 1 raffle entry.
All proceeds from this event will benefit Saving Grace K9s.
